By submitting artwork for consideration in any submission or art award, you agree to the following terms:

You warrant that you are the sole creator and copyright owner of the submitted artwork.
You grant a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use images of your artwork for the following purposes:
- Promotion of the current award cycle (announcing winners, finalists, etc.)
- Promotion of the award itself in subsequent years
- Your name will always accompany the use of your image(s).
You retain all other rights to your artwork.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
